Make sure the app is updated to the latest version 2.0.66. The video version is on the app's home screen. If it is not updated, end the current session, unload all reports from the queue and reinstall the application
Go to the Device Settings > Find EasyMerch > Location > Make sure that «Always» is selected (if there is no such option, select «When using the App») > turn on «Precise Location» here (if available)
Go to the Device Settings > Find EasyMerch > Make sure that «Background App Refresh» and «Mobile Data» are enabled
