Removing errors from the queue

The photo to the report may become unavailable for sending, and an error will appear in the «القائمة» → «تقاير قيد التحميل». To request its removal, click «طلب مسح الأخطاء»

The deletion request will be sent immediately to all errors in the queue. After sending the request, «طلب مسح الأخطاء» button will change to «تم إرسال الطلب»

To continue working with reports or errors in the queue for the previous days, click «واضح» on the message

If the request to delete the error is agreed, the error will be removed from the queue within 5 minutes, or after restarting the application, if there is a stable Internet connection

If the request to delete the error is rejected, the technical support considered that the photo can be sent from the queue and attached to the report, it is not necessary to delete it
