Make a Planned Promotion Report

When you start a visit, EasyMerch offers to make reports for all active promotions.

Submitted reports will be marked as submitted and the reports to be done will be highlighted in orange.

Depending on your project's settings, if no promotions are running at the shop, you will be able to skip this step or create an unscheduled promotion.

Carefully read the promotion description and check all the products involved in it (for example, if the type of the promotion is the «بطاقة السعر بالأصفر», check if the price tag is put to all the products involved in the promotion).

Each product involved in the promotion should be ticked . If the product does not participate in the promotion (for example, if you forgot to put a بطاقة السعر بالأصفر on the product or did not put it on a pallet), touch again to switch it to . Only the المنتجات which the promotion is scheduled for are displayed in the list.

Add photos to the report using the appropriate field in the report and send using the buttons «Submit» or «المواصلة» and proceed to filling out the next report.

Depending on the report settings, there may only be a button «إرسال بالصورة» and there won't be the field for adding photos. Add a photo via «إرسال بالصورة and proceed to filling out the next report
