App Management

The app needs all permissions to work properly:

Camera access is required so that you can take photos at retail outlets to confirm your visit

Access to geodata is required so that you can confirm your location at the point of sale

Location

Go to the Device settings → Apps → App Management → Find EasyMerch → Permissions → Location → select «Allow in any mode» (if there is no such option, select «Allow only while using the app»)

Location accuracy

Go to Device settings → Location → Google location accuracy → Make sure that «Improve location accuracy» is enabled (if available)

Camera permission

Go to the Device settings → Apps → App Management → Find EasyMerch → Permissions → Camera permission → select «Allow in any mode» (if there is no such option, select «Allow only while using the app»)

Background activity

Go to the Device settings → Apps → App management → Find EasyMerch → Battery Usage → Make sure that «Allow foreground activity» and «Allow background activity» are enabled (if available)

Delete temporary files - off
