Analytical charts on the main app screen

Our application has the ability to display certain analytics as Circular Dashboard charts on the main screen.

This tutorial describes the two charts that are available in the app by default.

If you do not have it for some reason, please contact the project management. We will enable it when we receive a request from your company.

The information in all charts is automatically updated every five minutes. In order for the chart to display current data, all reports must be uploaded to the server.

By default, you have the following diagrams available to you الزيارات and متوسط الوقت

On the الزيارات chart you can see the following:

• number of total planned visits from your Visit plan
• How many of it is done or not done
• number of غير مخطط done

Click on the sector of the pie chart you are interested in to see information about the stores where the visits were

• تمت خارج الجدول visits

On the متوسط الوقت chart you can see how much time you spent on:

• moving between stores (Travel time)
• visits in stores from your Visit plan
• unplanned visits
• total working time

By clicking on this pie chart you will see:

• information about an employee
• total time spent on specific store
• time spent on unplanned visits
• timigs of the first and the last report sent by an employee
