Sometimes, while working, you may need to cancel a visit, for example, if you mistakenly opened a visit in a store. In such situations, you can send the «Visit cancel» report. This report is added by your company's request and may not be included in your project.
Before sending the «Visit cancel» report, you must upload all reports from the queue. Reports sent today for the store where you cancel a visit will be disabled. You will be able to visit this store again later that day.
