The EasyMerch system blocks access from devices that have not passed the necessary certification or do not meet certain requirements, have Root rights or custom firmware
This was done in order to protect the system from potential attacks and fraud, verify the authenticity of the application, the reality and security of the device
If you encounter a security error on your device, please follow these recommendations
To see if your Android device is certified:
1. Open the Google Play app
2. In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the profile icon
3. Click on "About the app" and pay attention to the item - "Device certification". If it says "Certified", then you can skip further instructions about certification
If the device is not certified, you need to certify it yourself or by contacting a convenient service center or official retailer
To certify the device yourself, you need to find out the Google Services Framework Android ID. This can be done by downloading the Device ID for Android or similar application from the Play Market or another app store
Go to link and sign in to your Google account. Open the Device ID for Android app and copy the Google Services Framework (GSF) ID
Paste the Google Services Framework (GSF) identifier into the appropriate field on the registration site and click the "Register" button. The site will display a notification about the successful registration of the device or that the identifier has already been registered (i.e. the device is already certified)
Root rights are the highest level of access granted to the user to the system files and device settings. Obtaining these rights allows you to make changes to system parameters and install specialized software
After certification of the device, please check for Root rights. This can be done using various applications, such as Root Checker
You can download Root Checker from AppGallery using this link
Download any application for checking the Root status, open it and run the check. The sequence depends on the application, but most often you will need to click on the "Run check" button
If your device does not have Root rights, you will receive a corresponding message. If you have Root rights, you need to disable them
To disable Root rights, open the Settings app on your device.
Scroll down and select the System or Advanced section.
Tap on About phone or About tablet.
Find and tap on Build number 7 times to activate developer mode.
Return to the previous menu and open a new section called Developer options.
Enter this section and find the Root access or Root rights option.
Select Disabled or Revoke.
Reboot your device and check the rights status through the Root checker app again. The sequence may vary for different devices
Factory unlock is a technique that allows you to access certain features that are hidden from the user by default by the manufacturer
To check for factory unlock, go to Settings → System → For developer
In the developer settings, find the option "Factory unlock". Unlocking should be disabled or prohibited
After checking, turn off the developer mode if you need to enable it
Android System WebView is a system component, similar to a web browser, thanks to which you can view pages. It is installed on your device from the very beginning and you need to update it in a timely manner and never turn it off or delete it
Install or update to the latest version of the Android System WebView application
HMS Core Huawei is a working tool that is required for the correct operation of some applications and the Huawei mobile device as a whole. You should not remove it from the device, as this may disrupt the operation of Huawei systems
Install or update to the latest version of the HMS Core application, if you have Huawei or Honor
If the recommendations above did not help, or you cannot configure the device, you can try resetting the device to factory settings
To do this, go to Device Settings → System → Reset settings → click "Reset settings". The sequence may differ in different devices
Before resetting the settings, be sure to make a backup copy to avoid data loss
If all of the above, including resetting to factory settings, did not solve the problem with access to the application, please contact a convenient service center or official retailer to install the official firmware, since, most likely, your device has a custom firmware installed
You will not be able to check whether the device has official or custom firmware installed on your own
